My order hasn't arrivedUpdated a year ago

On the day of your delivery, you should receive a text from us that gives you your delivery slot. The text will also include a link to our courier's website where you can request alternative delivery instructions (leave with neighbour etc).

*If you would like to leave ongoing delivery instructions for our courier, you can download their mobile app which will allow you to set default preferences for all future order

You can also track your delivery throughout the day here.

In the unlikely event that our delivery partner is unable to deliver your order on the specified date, the parcel will be disposed of by the carrier because delivery of perishable food items cannot be delayed.

If your order hasn't arrived in your tracking window, we do need to allow until 9pm on the day of delivery before we're able to raise any investigation with our carrier partner. However, if you've checked your safe places, and with your neighbours, but your order still hasn't arrived then please contact our dedicated support team here and we'll be more than happy to help.
