How do I update my card details?Updated a year ago
Payment is taken 2 days before an order is delivered so any changes made after this time will impact future orders. If you just need to update your billing address and you do not need to change your bank card details, please get in touch with a customer delight team here.
To update your payment card, login and head over to the 'Payment Methods' section of your account before your order is processed, scroll down to the payment method section and hit 'Edit'.
Please note: If your billing address has changed, we'll need to update that on our end so just get in touch with us here with the new address.
